Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can modify or cancel it and refund your amount.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Using your tracking number, you can track your order here:

Please note there may be an up to 48 hours lag between when you receive your tracking number and when your tracking number will work correctly on tracking website.

Where do you ship from?

At the moment most of the shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Cyprus. Some items (like sport suits) are shipped from Russia. In this case it will be mentioned in the product description.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It normally takes 7-14 days after you place an order and complete payment for your order to arrive.

We are not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on.

What happens if I gave the wrong delivery address?

Try to let us know about it or any other possible changes to your order before you receive notification that your order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Returns and Exchange Conditions

Ordered wrong size? Do you want to return something? No problem!

• You can return any item for a refund, within 14 days after receiving your original order.
• Keep in mind that the shipping back costs are on you. We recommend using registered mail.
• We'll refund the price you paid for your item or send the item of a different size if that was the reason of return as soon as we receive the returned goods from you.
• The goods are under your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! All goods will be inspected on return.
• The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
